Encroaching
Long time no blog. I've been out west, getting in touch with my Cascadian roots, tripping the light familial and hanging with some of my favorite Stumptown cats like Solenoid, Strategy, Nudge/Brian Foote, Troy Geary aka DJ Slip (who has a killer new album out on Broklyn Beats, btw). Also spending a lot of time with an actual cat, pictured above.
For all you Eastern Seaboarders, there are a few events coming up:
Friday October 27: me DJing the Bunker @ SubTonic w/ Qzen, 10pm-4am
Tuesday October 31: me DJing at Flavorpill's annual Halloween bash (invite only)
Friday November 3 - Saturday November 4: me panelizing/DJing at Sonic Focus conference @ Brown University
and an as-yet unconfirmed gig up in Montreal after that...
