Hey Phil, I liked your reviews on slate.com. Bon voyage and buena suerte! If I ever escape from the clutches of the evil NYC law firm to which I will soon be indentured and find my way to Barcelona, I'll be sure to look you up.

Excellent reviews! Have you heard the album by DJ KOZE- "KOSI COMES AROUND?" Awesome stuff.

Moving to Barcelona permanently? Just my luck. Been reading the Wire columns & other writing for years, and now, despite having moved to San Fran recently, I'm going to miss out on hearing some crafty Sherburne sets live. Where else in this town can I listen/dance to the cream of the Germanic crop? I guess the RX Gallery seems to still be holding parties, but I hate the trend in this city where venues feel the need to throw a live band in between DJ sets ...

excellent reviews as always, and it's interesting to read them as alternate versions or another draft of reviewing the same lp (superpitcher, ada) in wire, pitchfork.
i would've included jittery heritage pt.1 and 2 + the remixes.
